A few students are doing an exercise to simulate vision and hearing impairment experienced by the elderly. They had to put tape over their eyes and cotton in their ears, then try to hear soft voices and read small print. They also had to tape their fingers to see how buttoning could be a difficult task if fingers were affected by arthritis symptoms.

Ivan Hurst successfully completed the Rise Up Customer Service and Sales course today. This gives him a total of 12 industry recognized credentials.
By completing the course, he has shown proficiency in workplace skills that include problem-solving, working in teams, reading customer body language and increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
